FAIR data infrastructure for the ATHLETE exposome cohort
Lead: UMCG
WP1 focuses on establishing the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data infrastructure with a safe and robust data management platform. It aims to do so by:
- Harmonising exposome data from 18 cohorts
- Creating a catalogue that makes exposome cohorts and data collections easily accessible
- Setting common data collection protocols for the follow-up of the HELIX exposome cohort into adolescence
